Spiritus

On Wednesday, May 25, at 21:00, ResidenceSEA will present Spiritus, an installation by Caitlin Harder and Tomoe Tsutsumi.
Spiritus is a work utilizing moving image, sculptural form and the spatial dynamics of the ResidenceSEA structure itself, in order to investigate the relationship between individual human perception and the power of outside forces.

The sea and the night sky as spaces are at once reflective and absorptive; deeply personal, but also relating to a collective consciousness. In Spiritus, these elements are explored and re-contextualized through the introduction of handmade objects including origami boats and hand-stitched reflective beacons.
We invite you to experience this immersive installation with us at ResidenceSEA (former palio Lido), at Kilkis street (behind the Pankritio Stadio) in Heraklion.
